Sprouts
Grow your own sprouts!
Step 1: Cover the bottom of mason jar with sprouting seeds
Step 2: Remove the removable part of the metal lid and replace it with cheese cloth. If you don't have a lid at all, you can simply attach the cheesecloth to the opening of your jar by using an elastic band.
Step 3: Cover the seeds with an inch of water and put mason jar into a cupboard or other dark space overnight
Step 4: In the morning, drain the water and leave the jar upside down, by the sink, or near a window (Make sure it is propped up on something so the water can drain)
Step 5: Rinse the seeds with water 2-3 times per day. Always leave upside down to drain
Setp 6: In less than a week you will have delicious sprouts that you can add to your salads and sandwiches!! So yummy!!!
